Convenience Fee: We impose a convenience fee of 0.5% on the amount of all card transactions. 

Daily breakfast is included in the nightly Facility Fee. We are thrilled to provide a breakfast buffet that offers both hot and cold options. You can enjoy breakfast every day from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. ensuring that you begin your day on a delightful note during your stay with us. 

Our rooms are ready for check-in at 3:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. While we will do our best to accommodate early arrivals, we cannot guarantee room availability before 3:00 p.m. If you arrive early or wish to check out later than our standard check-out time, we would be delighted to provide luggage storage in our lobby for your convenience.

Patterson Kitchen & Bar welcomes guests for dinner from Monday through Saturday, starting at 5 pm. We highly recommend making reservations for this dining experience.

The Captain is open daily from 12 pm and does not require reservations.

PATTERSON KITCHEN + BAR is a contemporary American restaurant with Southern and International influences, set in a vibrant atmosphere overlooking our manicured courtyard. Our menu features bright, approachable dishes inspired by the bounty of Upstate South Carolina, complemented by warm hospitality.

We offer a limited number of pet-friendly rooms and warmly welcome dogs with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed per room, provided each dog weighs up to 75 pounds. However, for dogs exceeding 75 pounds, prior management approval is necessary.

Upon arrival, a fee of $100 per dog will be applied, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed per room. Please be aware that additional fees may apply depending on specific pet-related services or requirements. We look forward to accommodating you and your furry companions during your stay.

Our property is 100% non-smoking, which includes but is not limited to tobacco, pipes, vapes, and e-cigarettes. State law prohibits the use of marijuana. To enforce this policy, please be aware that a cleaning fee of $250 will be charged to your account for smoking in non-smoking areas. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment for the comfort and safety of all our guests.

Discover Spa H, conveniently situated on our premises, and open seven days a week. Spa H specializes in a variety of services, including massages, facials, and body treatments.

All of the fireplaces, including the outdoor firepit, are gas-burning.

We are pleased to offer an outdoor pool that is open seasonally, typically from April to September, available for use from dawn until dusk.

At Hotel Hartness, we offer a small fitness center that includes free weights, two treadmills, an exercise bike, an elliptical, and a cable machine. This facility is available 24/7 for our guests' use. We also provide bicycles and trail maps for those who wish to explore the surroundings.

We are pleased to provide complimentary self-parking for our guests. However, please note that we are unable to accommodate oversized vehicles at this time.

While our standard rooms do not feature Jacuzzis, our spa suites offer the luxurious experience of Japanese Onsen soaking tubs for your relaxation and enjoyment.

Certainly! All of our rooms come equipped with a refrigerator drawer that offers approximately 1 cubic foot of storage space.

We do not offer any supplemental bedding or rollaway beds.

A daily fee of $25 per person is applicable for each guest beyond the first two occupants in the room. Children 17 and under stay free of charge.

When you arrive, we will place a $100 hold on your credit/debit card for incidentals. Please note that pre-paid debit cards cannot be accepted for this authorization. The hold will be released after 7-10 business days, or it may take longer depending on your financial institution's policies.

Our standard cancellation policy allows for free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to arrival. This policy does not apply to special rates, such as Advance Purchase rates, or during special event dates.

A deposit equal to the first night’s room and tax will be charged at the time of booking. This deposit is refundable if the reservation is canceled within the allotted cancellation window.

Special rates, including Advance Purchase, require a 100% deposit at booking. These reservations are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

The total tax for your stay is 13%, which breaks down as follows:

• 7% Sales & Accommodation Tax (payable to the State of SC)
• 3% City Accommodation Tax (payable to the City of Greenville)
