The Co-Pilot Coffee Shop features custom brewed coffees, regionally roasted beans, specialty pastries, and a rotating menu of freshly made breakfast selections crafted with seasonal ingredients. Guests can also enjoy light lunch options, snacks, and beverages throughout the day in a cozy, welcoming atmosphere perfect for relaxing or catching up on work.

Our rooms are ready for check-in at 3:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. While we will do our best to accommodate early arrivals, we cannot guarantee room availability before 3:00 p.m. If you arrive early or wish to check out later than our standard check-out time, we would be delighted to provide luggage storage in our lobby for your convenience.

Patterson Kitchen & Bar welcomes guests for dinner from Monday through Saturday, starting at 5 pm. We highly recommend making reservations for this dining experience.

The Captain is open daily from 11 am and does not require reservations.

We’re delighted to welcome dogs at Hotel Hartness! While we’re unable to accommodate cats at this time, our canine guests are treated like cherished family members. If you’re staying in one of our designated pet-friendly rooms, your pup will be greeted with a welcome bag filled with treats and essentials, along with plenty of love from our dog-loving team.

Our Pet Retreat program is thoughtfully designed with your dog’s comfort in mind, featuring outdoor spaces and amenities that are sure to make tails wag.

Certainly! All of our rooms come equipped with a refrigerator drawer that offers approximately 1 cubic foot of storage space.

Supplemental bedding is available in select rooms only at $25/night. Extra adult fee: $25/night.

A daily fee of $25 per person is applicable for each guest beyond the first two occupants in the room. Children 17 and under stay free of charge.

When you arrive, we will place a $100 hold on your credit/debit card for incidentals. Please note that pre-paid debit cards cannot be accepted for this authorization. The hold will be released after 7-10 business days, or it may take longer depending on your financial institution’s policies.

Our standard cancellation policy allows for free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to arrival. This policy does not apply to special rates, such as Advance Purchase rates, or during special event dates.
